KarirAman checks the employer, not just the text of the ad: 1. **Legal entity name.** We search the company (PT) or partnership (CV) name on AHU Online, run by the Directorate General of General Legal Administration at the Ministry of Law. The name must match exactly; a similar name is not enough. 2. **NIB document.** The OSS licensing website offers no public search by name or business identification number (NIB). So we ask the employer for the NIB document and match the name on it with the AHU record. KarirAman rejects vacancies that: - ask applicants for any fee or deposit, for example for registration, paid training, uniforms, medical checks or a guarantee. Kemnaker lists charges like these as a sign of a fake vacancy; - recruit only through WhatsApp or Telegram, or give only a free e-mail address; - describe commission-only work as salaried, or present paid online tasks as a job; - pay less than the minimum wage of the place of work. A vacancy closes earlier if the employer tells us the post is filled or cancelled, or if we find a problem. A closed vacancy is marked as closed, no longer appears as an open vacancy, and its job details are removed from the data we give search engines. ## What happens if a verified vacancy turns out to be a problem?
