## Frequently asked questions

**My wages have not been paid. Where do I report it?**

Ask for payment in writing and request a bipartite negotiation first, for at most 30 working days (Law 2/2004, Article 3). If it fails, register the dispute with the district or city labour office (Disnaker) for mediation, or complain to the labour inspectorate. Employers who pay late also owe a late-payment fine under Government Regulation 36/2021, Article 61.
