Employers submit vacancies free of charge. We check the legal entity on AHU, the NIB document, the company e-mail domain and that applicants pay nothing.

What do you need before filling in the form?
Have ready your legal entity name exactly as recorded on AHU, your NIB business licence document, your official website address, a company-domain e-mail address, and the vacancy details: position, place of work, pay range and period, contract type, requirements, closing date and how to apply directly to the company. The OSS licensing website offers no public search by NIB, so we need your NIB document to match it.
For a job abroad, have ready the name of the placement agency (P3MI) and the details of the job order listed on SISKOP2MI.
What happens after you submit a vacancy?
A KarirAman editor checks your submission using the steps in how we verify vacancies. We may contact you at your company-domain e-mail address to confirm. A vacancy that passes is held until KarirAman's job pages are ready, then appears with a note of what we checked. A vacancy that fails is rejected with the reason, for example because it charges applicants or pays below the minimum wage. All of this is free.
