Can KarirAman help with my case?

KarirAman can explain the rules, check wrong information on our site and point you to the right official channel. KarirAman cannot act against scammers, block bank accounts, recover money or represent you in an employment dispute. If you have already lost money, feel unsafe, or your rights as a worker have been breached, contact the official channels in the help section below first.

What should I include when I contact you?

Keep your question short and include the link to the KarirAman page you mean. For a fake job ad report, say where you saw the ad and paste its text. Do not send a photo of your ID card (KTP), your own bank account number, a one-time code (OTP), a PIN or a password. The OJK Satgas PASTI booklet warns never to share data like this with anyone.

What happens to the personal data I send?

KarirAman's only website is kariraman.com, and our only e-mail addresses end in @kariraman.com. KarirAman has no WhatsApp number, has no social media accounts yet, never offers jobs through private messages and never asks for a transfer. If someone claims to be from KarirAman and asks for money, report it to us.
