How do you check whether pay is below the minimum wage in Indonesia?
Compare basic pay plus fixed allowances with the minimum wage where you work: the district or city UMK if one is set, or the provincial UMP. The minimum wage is the lowest monthly wage, and employers may not pay below it (PP 36/2021 Article 23). Variable allowances, THR and bonuses do not count.
